AIRPORT HOTEL (BAGHDAD PALACE), Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2009 Duration: 2 months Construction Budget: 20 M USD Client: ARCHS Group International Beneficiary: Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities Awarding body: (Proposal Only) Awarded body: (Proposal Only) Dijlah prepared the feasibility study for the construction of 5 star hotel nearby Baghdad International Airport with the partner company ARCHS Group International. The preliminary designs were prepared with site land of 2500 m² and included 90 single room, 90 double room, and 20 suits.

The site area is 1750 m2.The design consists of ground and first floor with open café at the rooftop, the feasibility study includes all the properties of the market, construction cost. Etc

Commercial building at Kahramana Sq., Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2017-2018 Commercial building (8 floors with basement) located nearby Kahramana square. Dijlah prepared the complete designs for this project.	BANK OF BAGHDAD – HQ BUILDING, Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2017-2018 DIJLAH submitted the complete MEP designs of the New HQ of Bank Of Baghdad in collaboration with CADINI Group (Italian based consultancy firm) that is doing the architectural & structural design.	Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: Al-Mamoura Co. Budget: US$ 2.3 M This is an Office Building located in Karradah, Baghdad.
Duhok, Iraq Date: 2007 Budget: US$ 2.6 M DIJLAH prepared all the necessary drawings and documents for an office bank/office building in Duhok, North of Iraq. The design of this building used the architectural style of curtain wall. This is a high-rise building in Duhok, Kurdistan of Iraq. It is a building that is distinguished with its modern and stylish design that is based on using glass and curtain wall with modular divisions for millions.	Maysan, Iraq Date: 2009 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Preliminary Design DIJLAH submitted engineering drawings for this project in cooperation with D.A.T.A. Consultancy Firm in London, UK (on a joint venture basis). This tower is composed of 32 floors; each floor is of an area of 500 M^2. It is a commercial tower with recreation section and restaurants, art galleries, and a media center. We prepared the interior design of the branch of Bank of Baghdad in the Baghdad Mall. The complete design includes architectural design, list of materials, details of fixation and installation of materials & components, HVAC, Electrical & Communications designs.

MULTI-STORY CAR PARK BUILDING Amarah, Iraq Date: 2008 Client: Maysan Governorate Council Budget: US$ 8 M This building is composed of 6 stories. It contains a mall, 23 medical clinics, car parking areas (363 lots), and a restaurant. The design attitude used here is based upon using new form and interior design and by applying several facilities in one building. Here, DIJLAH used a structural system based upon using hollow core pre-cast slabs.	MULTI-STORY CAR PARK BUILDING Kirkuk, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works Budget: US$ 7 M The design attitude used here is based upon giving this building a modern look throughout using new elements and materials. The building is situated in the city center and will give this area an impressive look.	MULTI-STORY CAR PARK BUILDING Mosul, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Ministry of Municipalities and Public Work Budget: US$ 9 M This building is composed of 5 stories. The architectural design attitude used here is based upon using the features of Islamic and Arabic heritage in architectural facades. This building is located in a very crowded area in Mosul, and will serve the traffic jam there.

This building is composed of 6 stories. The design attitude used here is based upon giving this building a unique architectural attitude that makes this building a landmark for the City of Basra. The site of this building has a very beautiful view on Shatt-Al-Arab. The design attitude used here is based upon giving this building a modern look throughout using new elements and materials. This building is composed of 7 stories. Dijlah prepared the complete designs and supervised the work of the project.
