Consultancy fees: US$ 80,000 DIJLAH prepared the structural, sanitary, and electrical designs for cooled and frozen store in Ewareej area in Baghdad.	WORKSHOP PROJECT Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2007-2008 Client: Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works Budget: 30 M IQD These proposals for Workshop Buildings in the City of Baghdad. There are 2 main mechanical workshops (A & B). Site dimensions are (200x150 M.) for type (A) and (150x100 M.) for type (B). The following facilities compromise the two workshops: Information Building, Generator Building Management Building.	BAGHDAD ECONOMIC CITY, Al-Nahrawan, Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2021 Client: Private investment company This project’s site includes private investment lands allocated for the construction of several types of factories. It includes' main and secondary gates, administration, and other services buildings. Dijlah carried out the engineering consulting services for the first stage of the project which included the architectural, structural, roads, sanitary, electrical and mechanical services detailed designs for the internal roads, and more.
INDUSTRIAL CITY, Maysan, Iraq Project name: INDUSTRIAL CITY, Maysan, Iraq Date: 2013 Duration: 4 months Client: Maysan Governorate Beneficiary: Maysan Governorate (Proposal Only) The site area is 4217 Donums located between Al-Teeb and Amarah cities, the proposal designs included the main service center, 100 bed hospital, hotel, hypermarket, civil defence centre, municipality / police station building, communication centre, bank, environment directorate, restaurants, green areas and internal roads network.
