CENTRAL BANK OF IRAQ NEW HQ BUILDINGBaghdad, Iraq Date: 2012 - 2014 Client: Central Bank of Iraq Consultant: Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), London, UK The CBI building is 36-story was prepared by ZHA, the building comply with the BREEAM requirements. Dijlah role was as the architect of record and local representative of ZHA in Iraq. Representative of both Maz Fordham LLP and AKT II, Ltd. under the banner of ZHA. OLYMPIC COMMITTEE-PROPOSALSBaghdad, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Iraqi National Olympic Committee Two proposals are being considered. DIJLAH has submitted Schematic Conceptual Design for these proposals that were submitted for the Olympic Committee Building. The National Olympic Committee of Iraq (NOCI) is the National Olympic Committee (NOC) for Iraq. The Olympic Committee Building is composed of 14 floors with a stylish glass look. | TALLIL MILITARY BASENasiriya, Iraq Date: 2004 Client: Iraqi Government Budget: US$ 40 M Tallil Airbase is located approximately 310 Kilometres Southeast of Baghdad and 20 kilometres Southwest of the City of Nasiriya. The airfield is served by two main runways measuring 12,000 ft. and 9,700 ft. It was heavily damaged in the first Gulf War, but since has been greatly rebuilt by the US army.
