We submitted 3 proposals, 2 of them have 8 stories, and one has 6 stories. Proposals of building sites are of areas 48,000 M^2, 50,000 M^2, and 78,000 M^2. | SULAIMANIYAH MATERNITY HOSPITALSULAIMANIYAH MATERNITY HOSPITAL Sulaimanyia, Iraq Date: 2007-2008 Client: Ministry of Health/World Bank Budget: US$ 4.5 M This is an existing hospital that was built in the early eighties. Then, several additions were added within different periods. Our mission was based on two issues: issue one is to design a new unit for recovery (24 beds). Issue two is to rehabilitate the existing part of labor-delivery/caesarean operation-recovery. Designed by the famous Japanese Consultant Marubini, this 400-bed hospital is one of the most active hospitals in the country especially that it is a general hospital and a high rise building that contains all the requirements of a successful hospital. Mainly, consultancy works concentrated on services like electrical and sanitation. |

Ibn-Al-Baladi Hospital is a 260- Bed, 2-story general hospital located in the Talibiyah District in Baghdad.
