The 200-bed hospitals to be constructed are 7 throughout the Iraqi. Our work scope ranges between the participation in design (all engineering disciplines), supporting ITEC in the preparation of BOQs, Models making, preparation of environmental impact assessment reports (EIA), and Topographic survey.	600 BED GENERAL TEACHING HOSPITAL 600 BED GENERAL TEACHING HOSPITAL Karbala, Iraq Date: 2010 Client: Genat Alfalah for General Contracting Co./Al-Dalael Construction Contracting Budget: US$ DIJLAH has submitted Schematic Conceptual Design for this 600 bed hospital in Karbala. All preliminary drawings.	400 bed General Hospital - Mosul 400 bed General Hospital - Mosul Mosul, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Ministry of Health Budget: $150 M This Is one of the largest hospitals to be built in Iraq. DIJLAH submitted 3 proposals, 2 of them have 8 stories, and one has 6 stories. Proposals of building sites are of areas 48,000 M^2, 50,000 M^2, and 78,000 M^2.
400 Bed General Hospital-Najaf 400 Bed General Hospital-Najaf Najaf, Iraq Date: 2007 Client: Ministry of Health Budget: $150 M This is one of the largest hospitals to be built in Iraq. We submitted 3 proposals, 2 of them have 8 stories, and one has 6 stories. Proposals of building sites are of areas 48,000 M^2, 50,000 M^2, and 78,000 M^2.	SULAIMANIYAH MATERNITY HOSPITAL SULAIMANIYAH MATERNITY HOSPITAL Sulaimanyia, Iraq Date: 2007-2008 Client: Ministry of Health/World Bank Budget: US$ 4.5 M This is an existing hospital that was built in the early eighties. Then, several additions were added within different periods. Our mission was based on two issues: issue one is to design a new unit for recovery (24 beds). Issue two is to rehabilitate the existing part of labor-delivery/caesarean operation-recovery. Also, our firm is responsible for the supervision stage.	400 BED AL-SADR TEACHING HOSPITAL 400 BED AL-SADR TEACHING Hospital -Najaf Date: 2005-2006 Client: Ministry of Health Budget: $11 M This is a typical hospital that spreads in all Iraqi governorates. Designed by the famous Japanese Consultant Marubini, this 400-bed hospital is one of the most active hospitals in the country especially that it is a general hospital and a high rise building that contains all the requirements of a successful hospital. Mainly, consultancy works concentrated on services like electrical and sanitation.
Maysan Surgical Hospital Maysan Surgical Hospital Amarah, Iraq Date: 2008 Client: Ministry of Health Work Budget: $14 M This is a surgical hospital that is composed of 2 stories. The design attitude used here is based upon using high standards of hospital design including specific hospital furnishing. The site of this building is a very good one and this makes this hospital to serve the city of Amarah and nearby villages. Total area of the hospital is more than 13,000 Sq.m.	400 Bed General Hospital - Dewaniya 400 Bed General Hospital - Dewaniya Date: 2007 Client: Ministry of Health Budget: $150 M This is one of the largest hospitals to be built in Iraq. We submitted 3 proposals, 2 of them have 8 stories, and one has 6 stories. Proposals of building sites are of areas 48,000 M^2, 50,000 M^2, and 78,000 M^2.	Health centers Health clinics centers Iraq Date: 2006 Client: Al-Mabany Al-Watanya Co. Budget: US$ 3 M This proposal for 11 health clinics in several Governorates in Iraq.
260 BED IBN AL-BALADI HOSPITAL 260 BED IBN AL-BALADI HOSPITAL Baghdad, Iraq Date: 2005 Client: Al-Farouq Constructing Co. Budget: US$ 8.5 M Ibn-Al-Baladi General Hospital, Baghdad, Iraq. Ibn-Al-Baladi Hospital is a 260- Bed, 2-story general hospital located in the Talibiyah District in Baghdad. DIJLAH prepared and submitted all the consultancy works in order to rehabilitate this hospital with all its accompanying buildings, like physicians’ residence, service buildings, etc.	100 BEDS- KAHLAA GENERAL HOSPITAL, Maysan, Iraq Date: 2008 Duration: 6 months (Design) & 2 years (Supervision) Construction Budget: 19 M USD Client: Maysan Governorate Beneficiary: Ministry of Health Awarding body: Maysan Governorate Awarded body: Dijlah Consulting Engineers This is a surgical hospital that is composed of 2 stories. The design attitude used here is based upon using high standards of hospital design including specific hospital furnishing. Dijlah also was responsible for the supervision of the hospital construction.	50 BED - HOSPITAL IN AL-MUSAYYIB, Babylon, Iraq Date: 2007 Duration: 1 year Construction Budget: 6 M USD Client: US Aids Beneficiary: Ministry of Health Awarding body: US Aids Awarded body: Dhifaf-Al-Nahrain Al-Sharqiyah Company The hospital consists of 50 beds in Al-Musayyib / Babylon province as a general hospital funded by the American side, Dijlah prepared the complete designs with the partner contracting company Dhifaf-Al-Nahrain Al-Sharqiyah.
50 BEDS - HOSPITAL OF HANDICAPPED IN KARBALA Date: 2008 Duration: 1 year Construction Budget: 2.5 M USD Client: Ministry of Health / World Bank Beneficiary: Ministry of Health Awarding body: Ministry of Health / World Bank Awarded body: Dijlah JV with Mohammed Al-Imam consulting office Dijlah supervised on the execution of this project in JV with Mohammed Al-Imam consulting office which was funded by the World Bank for designing and execution.
